Product Overview

The MINAS A6 family is Panasonic's general-purpose servo platform for mid-range positioning machines: 50W up to 5kW with excellent ease of use. MBDKT2510E is a 2kW amplifier with 200V single-phase or three-phase input, 12A continuous current. A 23-bit absolute encoder (8,388,608 p/rev) runs with either 24-bit battery backup or battery-less absolute mode. Standard control modes are Pulse Train (Pulse/Dir or CW/CCW), Analog Torque/Speed, and RS-485 Modbus RTU register mode; the -B variant (MBDKT2510CA1) adds EtherCAT or RTEX. Dual-channel STO input meets SIL2 / PLd. PANATERM 6.0 tuning software provides full oscilloscope capture, manual/automatic notch filter setting, and step-response comparison for precise servo tuning.
