Product Overview

SINAMICS G120C is Siemens's compact "all-in-one" low-voltage drive, combining the rectifier, inverter, control unit, and keypad in one chassis for easy cabinet integration. Model 6SL3210-1KE21-3UF1 delivers 5.5 kW rated output power at 380-480V 3-phase with 13.2A continuous current and supports both light-duty (风机泵类) and heavy-duty (constant torque) applications thanks to 150% current overload for 60 seconds. CU250S-2 control unit implements Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) and Vector Control with Encoder (VC) through optional HTL/TTL encoder module; PROFINET IRT real-time Ethernet allows PROFINET MRP ring redundancy and fast 1ms cyclic exchange with S7-1200/S7-1500 PLC. Safe Torque Off (STO) is integrated per IEC 61800-5-2 SIL2 / PLd. A removable BOP-2 Basic Operator Panel with multi-language OLED simplifies local commissioning, with all parameters also available via Starter, Startdrive (TIA Portal), or the web server over PROFINET.
