A06B-6240-H209 is the BiSV 20HV dual-axis servo amplifier in the FANUC αi-B (Alpha i-B) Series for CNC machine tools. It combines two 24A (continuous) servo axes into a single rack-mount chassis, saving cabinet space compared to single-axis SVM units. The 283-339V DC bus is powered by the A06B-6200-Hxxx Power Supply Module (PSM) with common regenerative braking capability, saving energy on high-duty-cycle vertical CNC axes. High-speed FSSB (FANUC Serial Servo Bus) fiber optic connects up to 32 axes in milliseconds with 31i-B/0i-F Plus CNCs. An integrated HRV (High Response Vector) 4 control algorithm automatically compensates for machine tool ball-screw backlash and friction with 1,000,000/rev pulse encoder resolution, while AI Thermal Stabilization (AI-T) compensates thermal growth to maintain micron-level positioning accuracy over 24-hour continuous production runs.
